why we do it
Breaking down barriers to community inclusion
At the Community Inclusion Program, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life and to participate fully in their communities. We are committed to promoting the independence, self-determination, and community integration of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and we do this work because we believe that it is essential to building a more just and inclusive society.
We know that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities face many challenges, including social isolation, discrimination, and limited access to services and resources. We also know that these challenges can be overcome with the right support, resources, and opportunities.
Creating a world where everyone belongs
Through our programs and services, we strive to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals, whether that means finding meaningful employment, developing independent living skills, or simply having fun and socializing with peers. We are passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their lives to the fullest, and we believe that our work has the power to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are also committed to building stronger, more inclusive communities. We know that when individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are included and valued, everyone benefits. We work to promote understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all aspects of community life, and we believe that this work is essential to creating a more just and equitable society for all.
