What we do
Empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential
We work with individuals and families to provide a range of services that support community inclusion and enhance quality of life. These services include individualized planning and support, community education and outreach, advocacy and leadership development, and social and recreational activities.
Our Day Habilitation/ISS (Individualized Skills and Socialization) services are designed to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in a variety of meaningful activities that promote personal growth, social interaction, and community integration. Our goal is to help individuals lead fulfilling lives and achieve their full potential.
Our Day Habilitation/ISS program offers a range of activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each participant. Some of the activities we offer include:
Life skills training: We help individuals develop skills that enable them to live more independently, such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
Recreational activities: We offer a variety of recreational activities that promote physical fitness, such as yoga, dance, and sports.
Social activities: We provide opportunities for individuals to socialize with peers and build friendships, such as game nights, movie nights, and group outings.
Educational activities: We offer educational activities that promote cognitive development and lifelong learning, such as art classes, computer classes, and book clubs.
Our Day Habilitation/ISS program is staffed by trained professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support. Our staff members work closely with participants to identify their goals and interests, and to develop individualized plans that meet their unique needs.

why we do it
Breaking down barriers to community inclusion
At the Community Inclusion Program, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life and to participate fully in their communities. We are committed to promoting the independence, self-determination, and community integration of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and we do this work because we believe that it is essential to building a more just and inclusive society.
We know that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities face many challenges, including social isolation, discrimination, and limited access to services and resources. We also know that these challenges can be overcome with the right support, resources, and opportunities.
Creating a world where everyone belongs
Through our programs and services, we strive to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals, whether that means finding meaningful employment, developing independent living skills, or simply having fun and socializing with peers. We are passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their lives to the fullest, and we believe that our work has the power to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are also committed to building stronger, more inclusive communities. We know that when individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are included and valued, everyone benefits. We work to promote understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all aspects of community life, and we believe that this work is essential to creating a more just and equitable society for all.
